Returns
-To return an item you must contact us via phone or email within 30 days of purchasing the item.
-The original invoice must be included with the returned item.
-All returned parts must be returned in original condition with accompanying items.
-Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not covered.
-All items shipped to locations outside of the 50 US States are not eligible for the 30 day return.
-No refund on deposits, unwanted special order parts or special “cut” items.
Warranty Information
With this purchase, Seller makes a 6 month parts only warranty from date of purchase. This (parts only) warranty specifically does not apply to any electrical part purchased under any condition. Nor does this (parts only) warranty extend to any part. What constitutes commercial use will be determined solely by the Seller. No warranty, express or implied, is made for brake conditions of any kind.
No warranty for labor, towing charges, travel charges, or any charge related to the installation of any part is made by Seller. Seller does not offer any mechanical services.
AC Compressor
Please note that a new in-line filter must be installed and the system must be evacuated before the replacement compressor is installed. Failure to do either of the above will result in compressor failure. Any unit returned as defective will be inspected for telltale signs of not having done the above. Credit or replacement may be affected.
Engine Warranty
This engine may have accessories that are attached and must be switched or removed to accommodate proper installation, which is the responsibility of the installer. Such accessories have been included to aid in the convenience of installation and are not covered by our warranty. Engine warranties are limited to defects in the block, heads, pistons, crankshafts, camshafts, rockers, and oil pumps. All other parts that may be provided are “”Accessories and Extra Parts”". No warranty is provided for any such parts that are attached, including parts such as switches, sensors, cables, electronics, belts, hoses, water pumps, and manifolds. Timing belts, thermostats, spark plugs, fluids and seals are routine maintenance items and should be replaced at time of installation and at the manufacturer’s recommended service intervals. While most fluids have been drained from our products, it is your responsibility to completely drain and replace fluids, lubricants, antifreeze, and filters with replacements that are fresh, clean, and approved by the OE manufacturer. You will get the engine exactly as pictured. All of our used engines come with our warranty as stated.
We offer a 6 months parts only warranty. Engine warranty includes only excessive smoking, engine noise, and excessive oil use. Severity of these conditions will be determined solely by the seller. We recommend new seals, and gaskets to be installed before installation, and use of this engine. If this recommendation is not followed, seller specifically makes no guarantee against any oil leaks of any kind.

Transmission Warranty
This transmission may have accessories that are attached and must be switched or removed to accommodate proper installation, which is the responsibility of the installer. Such accessories have been included to aid in the convenience of installation and are not covered by our warranty. This transmission will come with the warranty length stated below. Any modifications to the transmission will void the warranty..While most fluids have been drained from our products, it is your responsibility to completely drain and replace fluids and filters with replacements that are fresh, clean, and approved by the OE manufacturer.
Warranty Information- Transmissions are guaranteed to work properly for 6 months from date of purchase. We recommend new oil, seals, and gaskets to be installed before installation and use of this transmission. If this recommendation is not followed, seller specifically makes no guarantee against any oil leaks of any kind.
